Families considering one of our Lutheran Schools of Lincoln (LSL) often inquire about our educators.
All Lutheran Schools of Lincoln educators have a teaching certificate with the State of Nebraska in the area in which they instruct students. Educators have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education, with many of them holding a master’s degree or even a doctorate! Our private school educators know children and education! Many Lutheran Schools of Lincoln educators present at local, state, and national conferences. They cultivate a desire for lifelong learning, not only in their students but also in their own lives.
Our private school educators could teach in any school across Nebraska (and other states, too). They have made the choice and the commitment to teach in a Lutheran school. They are concerned not only with the academic learning of their students, but also with their spiritual education. LSL educators seek to instill Christ’s love in every student’s life. Educators get to know each student and their family on a personal level. They recognize the needs of the whole child and strive to individualize the learning for each student based upon his/her needs. LSL educators sit alongside families in worship, pray for families, and remain a part of many lives well beyond their time in our schools, with invitations to high school and college graduations, weddings, and beyond.
We invite you to join one of our Lutheran Schools of Lincoln and see the difference in your child’s education and your family’s opportunities. We are here to work with you in raising your child for eternity!
