At Lutheran Schools of Lincoln (LSL), we offer a K-12 private school experience grounded in faith formation. What sets us apart is the size, experience, approach, and level of attention each child receives.
As a small-town school district in a big-town environment, we pride ourselves on setting every child up for success academically, physically, mentally, and spiritually. We uphold academic excellence, teach a Christian worldview, and maintain a family-centric campus to provide a stable educational foundation for over 1,000 students in the greater Lincoln area. Embracing this philosophy across every private school on our campus elevates our students to higher educational standards and higher learning, so they have the best chance at being successful in life.
We enjoy the diverse backgrounds of our families and students because we believe that creates openness and understanding. We appreciate that we aren’t held to a one-size-fits-all approach to learning, because every student is unique.
While our name is Lutheran, our students come from a variety of faith backgrounds. Lutheran schools help young people grow into well-rounded, spiritually grounded adults. We don’t require you to be a member of one of our churches; in fact, you don’t need to be a member of any church to attend a school on our campus. Regardless of your background, at Lutheran Schools of Lincoln, every child in our childcare program and every student in our schools is part of our family, period.

Learn More“As soon as we walked into Trinity Lutheran for the first time, I immediately loved it! I loved how small it was. I loved the children’s artwork displayed proudly outside of each classroom. I loved how each teacher seemed to know each student by name and how they interacted with each other in the hallway as they passed. I loved how each student had a smile on their face and truly seemed happy that they were at school. By the end of the tour, we knew we had already made the decision of sending our daughter to Trinity Lutheran.”
